I would like to buy a parking Season Ticket for School Lane Car Park
We do not issue Season Tickets. You can purchase a weeks parking (5 x daily parking charge), however this will not guarantee you a parking space. TopHow do I appeal against the Parking Ticket that I have received?
You will need to appeal in writing (the address to appeal to is on the reverse of your ticket).Please Note: If your appeal is rejected you still qualify for a reduced charge as long as you make payment within 14 days of our response.

By post. Please send you cheque or postal order (crossed “a/c payee only”) payable to Castle Point Borough Council, and send to Parking Services, Council Offices, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 1TF.
By telephone. Credit and Debit card payments may be made by telephone on 01268 882231 at any time.
In person at the Cashiers Counter, Council Offices Kiln Road, Benfleet, Monday to Thursday 9.00 am – 4.45 pm and Friday 9.00 am – 4.15 pm or Cashiers Counter Castle Point Borough Council, Sydervelt Road, Canvey Island, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 1.30 pm

How much will a Parking Penalty Charge Notice cost?
This will vary dependent on location and is printed on the Penalty Charge Notice issued.
This charge is reduced by 50% if paid within 14 days of issue.
