Coronavirus (Covid-19): Centre Re-opening

Our centres have re-opened!

We will be opening our centres in phases to make sure we are compliant with all relevant guidance for both your and our staff’s safety. Our amazing Fitness Suites, Group Exercise Classes, Sports Hall activities and Swimming Pools are now open for customers. The Teaching Pool at both sites will be closed until further notice. The sauna & steam room, soft play areas also remain closed due to Government guidance.

Make a splash with the whole family. A variety of toys and rafts will be available for your enjoyment.

Each and every Saturday at Runnymede Leisure Centre at 2.00pm till 3.00pm and each and every Sunday at  Waterside Farm Leisure Centre at 2.00pm till 3.00pm.


* Admission subject to Castle Point Borough Council's admission policy and bather loads.

Get healthy and kick start your weekend with some family fun at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre!

Why not give a game of Badminton, Short Tennis, Basketball & Squash a try for only £10.90 per court, per hour.

Offer available every weekend and each and every school holiday between 8.00am - 5.00pm, at Waterside Farm Leisure Centre, Canvey Island.

Maximum 2 adults and 3 children.

Equipment provided if required!

In line with social distancing advice and to protect residents and staff the Council has taken the decision to close the Council offices to the public until further notice.

Whilst the offices are closed to visitors, you are still able to access services and information from this website 24/7.
