  • National Insurance Card
  • Wage slip
  • Tax letter (From Inland Revenue/Tax Office)
  • DWP Letter (Department of Work and Pensions) letter stating specific benefit being received
  • Benefits Book

  • EU ID card UK Residency Permit
  • Home Office paper (current)

  • Marriage Certificate
  • National Insurance Card

Acceptable forms of Income (please provide proof of ALL types of income for you and your partner)

  • Current DWP award letter (e.g. state benefits)
  • Wage slips (recent 5 weekly or 2 monthly consecutive)
  • Inland Revenue letter (e.g. Tax Credits)
  • Benefit books (e.g. child benefit)
  • Self employed accounts (last 12 months certified)
  • Last letter/advice slip from private pension provider(s)
  • Child maintenance (e.g. court letter or CSA notification)
  • Income from boarder, sub-tenant (e.g. letter/agreement)
  • Self-employed proforma (where no certified accounts)
  • Student grant/loan letter

  • Tenancy Agreement
  • Rent book (to include total rent, services, signatures)
  • Letter from landlord (to include total rent, services, signatures)
  • Landlord rent declaration

  • Bank statement (covering the last 2 months)
  • Building Society passbooks (current and updated)
  • Post Office accounts
  • Unit Trusts
  • national Savings Certificates
  • premium Bond Certificates
  • Proof of ownership of other land/property
  • Share Certificates
