Can you remove flytipping?

Yes, please contact us (including your name, address and location of the flytipping) Streetscene@castlepoint.gov.uk, or telephone us on 01268 882200 so that we can act.

Alternatively you can visit the Street Scene Section at the Council Offices, Kiln Road, Benfleet, SS7 1TF.

 

Can the graffiti be cleaned off my Road / Street Name Plate?

Yes. Please contact us (including your name, address and location of the damaged plate) Streetscene@castlepoint.gov.uk, or telephone us on 01268 882200 so that we assist you.

Can we get graffiti cleaned?

The Council has a procedure and time scales for dealing with graffiti on its own land, buildings, highway signage and street furniture.

The Council will also deal with graffiti, especially obscene, racial and sexual, on buildings such as, railway companies, educational institutions and other statutory undertakers. This also applies to property such as, telecommunication plant & equipment, mailboxes, transport shelters, etc.
