Health & Wellbeing Strategy
Castle Point and Rochford’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2019-2021
Together with Rochford District Council, we have developed our joint three year Health and Wellbeing Strategy. It presents how we will work together with partners to provide residents with the services, skills and support to manage their own health and wellbeing and subsequently make positive changes.
Our strategy is closely aligned to the Essex Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy, published in 2018, and is accompanied by an action plan which details what work is being done to meet each of the three health and wellbeing priorities we have identified:
