Coronavirus (Covid-19): Centre Closures

We are taking the threat of Coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously and unfortunately, due to instruction from the Government, we will be closing both our Leisure Centres and Community Halls for the foreseeable future. 

All membership and swimming lesson fees will be frozen automatically, and all customers who have prepaid will be credited. The next Direct Debit due in April, will not be taken as all memberships and swimming lesson payments are now frozen. If customers have prepaid for activities such as memberships and swimming lessons, we will adjust the next direct debit when we reopen, and credit what we owe you.  Please be aware the next Direct Debit will be taken as and when we reopen.

All customers who have paid upfront for memberships, swimming lessons, community hall bookings and other activities will also be credited when we reopen in the future.

We will continue to do our best to keep all our customers updated on when the centre can re-open. In the meantime, we will be offering free Live Facebook and Instagram classes, other home workouts including family workouts, Live Question and Answer videos and advice on how to keep up your fitness levels on our Facebook @CastlePointLeisure and Instagram @Castlepointleisure1.

All membership and swimming lesson fees will be frozen automatically, and all customers who have prepaid will be credited. The next Direct Debit due in April, will not be taken as all memberships and swimming lesson payments are now frozen. If customers have prepaid for activities such as memberships and swimming lessons, we will adjust the next direct debit when we reopen, and credit what we owe you.  Please be aware the next Direct Debit will be taken as and when we reopen. FAQ's

Are the centres still open? 

The leisure centres are now temporarily closed. We will be back open as soon as the Government say it is safe to do so. 

Can I freeze my membership / swimming lessons?

Yes, all membership and swimming lessons are now frozen and we are not collecting any direct debit debit payments whilst closed. We will advise all members & customers when we are allowed to re-open. Please do not cancel your direct debit with your bank. 

I have prepaid in cash for activities?

Any customers who have prepaid for any activites will be credited when we reopen our leisure centres.

What are we doing, to keep our customers and the Borough active?

Keep an eye out and check our social media pages for live Group Exercise Classes, home workouts, health information and more!

When will the Centres re-open? 

The length of this closure depends on the nature of the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK. We will only reopen when it's safe to do so for our members, customers and staff. We will let everyone know when the centres will be re-opening. 

What fees will i pay? 

All memberships & swimming lessons have been frozen so no payment will be made until we re-open. 

Do I need to cancel my Direct Debit?

No. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit. We will not take any payment until we re-open and your first payment will be adjusted accordingly for the closure dates.
