Coronavirus (Covid-19): Centre Re-opening

It is with a heavy heart that both of our centres have to close after entering tier 4 restrictions.

All memberships and swimming lessons are now frozen. Anytime paid for will be automatically added to your memberships upon re-opening. We will not be taking any further Direct Debit payments until we have a re-opening date. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit with your bank.

Tier 4: Centre Closures

Tier 4 Information

It is with heavy hearts that we will have to close the doors to both Runnymede & Waterside Farm Leisure Centres due to entering tier 4 restrictions. Both centres are now closed until further notice.

All memberships and swimming lessons are now frozen. Anytime paid for will be automatically added to your memberships upon re-opening. We will not be taking any further Direct Debit payments until we are able to re-open. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit with your bank as this will mean we cannot start taking payments upon re-opening of the centre.

Please note upon re-opening all memberships and swimming lessons will be unfrozen automatically unless requested otherwise.

All activities from Sunday 20th December will be cancelled. Any activities paid for will be moved forward to when we re-open.

We will keep you updated as best as possible through Email, Social Media, the Castle Point Leisure App & our Website. Please make sure you check these channels regularly for the latest updates in regard to the centre closures, re-opening and frequently asked questions.

Most importantly, we hope that you stay safe and we look forward to welcoming you back again to our safe centres when we re-open.

We hope that you all have a great Christmas and are looking forward to a brighter 2021.
