You can also use OPENPortal to;
- apply for a single person discount
- change your payment frequency
- apply to pay by Direct Debit
- update your bank details if you already pay by Direct Debit
- view or download all your Council Tax Bills
- tell us if you have moved
How to start an OpenPortal account
Follow these 5 simple steps;
- Click the OPENPortal link and click on the ‘Register for an account’ button
- Complete your details following the on-screen instructions
- Once completed, we will email you a username and password for your account and a link to log in - log in using these details
- When you log in you will be prompted to request a 6 digit Two Factor Authentication code – click the submit button and we will send you this by text
- Key in the 6 digit code and you will be taken straight to your OPENPortal account
