New Premises Licence Application - Maison Noir

Premises: MAISON NOIR, 285-287 LONDON ROAD, HADLEIGH, ESSEX. SS7 2BN

The premises will operate as a Tearoom serving drinks, homemade cakes and light meals.
Café dining area for 30 & private garden for additional 24. There is a front door into shop/ reception area with the kitchen to the back of this & and archway into the café dining area. To the back of the dining area there is a step up to small lobby, with back door exit into garden, single Toilet located on the right & on the left is rear access into kitchen area. There is gate access into/out of the side of the garden. There is also an additional rear exit on the other side of the garden, however this is predominantly staff accessibility.
We would like both the dining area & garden area to be licenced for drinking on the premises. 11am-11pm Monday to Sunday to avoid the need to for additional Tens. However, the normal opening times with be until 8.30-17:00, with additional availability for private hire & summer early evening dining & drinks in the garden.
