All damp and mould reports will be investigated thoroughly. We will contact you to ask some questions to establish how much of a risk it poses to you. We will then ask our specialist damp and mould contractor, Zap Carbon, to arrange a visit to your home to conduct a comprehensive assessment.
Zap Carbon will inspect your home and complete a clean and shield of affected areas to remove the risk to you. They will advise and support you on any changes that you can make to reduce damp and mould. They will then provide us with a detailed report, giving recommendations on any repairs or building issues that may need to be addressed to tackle the root cause of the damp and mould.
