We are responsible for making sure our neighbourhoods are safe, secure and well maintained. This means carrying out communal repairs, cleaning and maintaining communal grounds.
Our rating system
The standards work via a 'Gold', 'Silver' and 'Bronze' rating system. ‘Gold’ is the ideal standard we want to achieve and ‘Bronze’ is the standard that needs our immediate attention.

Maintaining our standards
Ideally, after each attendance by our cleaners or grounds maintenance teams, the respective area should be at the 'Gold' standard. However, there will be times when, due to external influences such as weather conditions or the re-prioritising of staff resources, that a 'Bronze' standard will be reached.
We aim to address these immediately – or on the next scheduled neighbourhood inspection – depending on the task that has failed to meet the standard.
