In April 2024, the Regulator of Social Housing published their set regulatory standards that all Councils and housing associations who provide social housing are expected to deliver.
These are known as the Consumer Standards:
- Neighbourhood and Community Standard
- Safety and Quality Standard
- Tenancy Standard
- Transparency, Influence and Accountability (including Tenant Satisfaction Measures)
- Consumer standards Code of Practice
