At the beginning of your tenancy, you will have signed a tenancy agreement with us. This sets out the details of the contract between you and Castle Point Borough Council. It outlines our obligations as your landlord and your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.

Ending your tenancy
If you would like to end your council tenancy and leave your home, you must give us at least 4 weeks written notice in accordance with your Tenancy Agreement.
