The premises will operate as a bar and hospitality venue in Canvey Island, providing the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises together with food for customers and guests, and will serve as a welcoming, well-managed space for social events, community events, charity events and other organised gatherings; the business aims to make a positive contribution to the local area by helping to bring life back to the high street, creating a safe and inclusive environment where local residents and visitors can meet, socialise and take part in responsibly managed events consistent with the licensing objectives
