All prospective tenants, tenants and leaseholders have the right to be supported by a representative or advocate in all interactions with us about the landlord services we provide.
In order to make sure your privacy is protected, we will ask for an Authority to Disclose form to be completed by your representative or advocate and signed by you, giving us your permission to liaise with them.
Permissions for authority to disclose will be reviewed at all Tenancy Reviews to make sure they are still appropriate.
