Since April 2023, the Regulator of Social Housing has required all social landlords to carry out an annual survey asking their residents to rate how they feel their landlord is performing using prescribed questions called Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs).
TSMs are a tool to allow residents to scrutinise their landlord’s performance, give insights to landlords on where they might look to improve their services, and provide a source of intelligence to the Regulator of Social Housing on how far landlords are meeting the outcomes of the Consumer Standards.
