How your rent is made up
Your rent is charged weekly and is due in advance every Monday. This weekly amount includes your rent as well as any additional charges, such as water rates or heating costs. You’ll receive a full breakdown of these charges in your annual rent notification, and again whenever there is a change to the amount you need to pay.
If your rent or heating charges are going to change, we will always give you at least four weeks’ written notice before the new amount starts.
Paying your rent
- Debit or Credit Card: Pay online or call 0330 057 6170 (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
- Pay at any UK Post Office using your rent payment swipe card
