You will need to obtain an application form and conditions of licence from the Licensing Unit on 01268 882416, by email firstname.lastname@example.org or our web-site. Application must be made 28 days prior to the performance.
Yes. You will need to produce the original insurance certificate for public liability. The certificate of insurance and the issued licence must be available for inspection at the performance on the request of the Police or Licensing Authority.
