Castle Point Borough Council has been liaising closely with NHS colleagues about the situation at The Hollies GP practice and can share the following updates:
- Telephone lines are now open though lines may initially be busy.
- Telephone GP consultations are available for patients with existing bookings
- Non-urgent online consultations have resumed via the Accurx’s online consultation tool.
- Prescription requests are being processed
- Home visits continue
- Face to face appointments are being provided, these are taking place at alternative local locations during core business hours
