Consultation

Castle Point Borough Council is committed to delivering quality accessible services to the people of Castle Point.

We want to listen and respond to local people and to put the community at the heart of what we do.

As part of this commitment, we give people the opportunity to have a say in the decisions that affect them and in the services the Council provides.

Effective and appropriate consultation is the key to ensuring our service users and all our stakeholders can be part of planning, prioritising and improving our services to meet the needs of the people in the Borough.

Well used consultation is a valuable tool for improving the quality and cost effectiveness of our services, for keeping us in touch with our community and for enhancing local democracy.

We can't do this without your help. We need you to take part in consultation, to tell us what we do well, what we don't do so well and what changes or improvements you would like to see made to service delivery.
