General Evidence Documents

The following evidence documents have been created over the years by the Council or by partners, such as the Environment Agency and Essex County Council. They are useful documents that have been used in the past to help the Council gain a greater understanding of the context of the borough from open spaces and flood risk to retail studies and infrastructure.

Over the next few years the Council will be updating elements of the evidence documents below and undertaking further evidence work to inform the contents of the emerging Castle Point Plan.
