Accessing Council Services:  

  • You can access advice, or support with using our online services, by phoning 01268 882200 (8.45am to 5.15pm Mon to Thurs, and to 4.45pm on Fri)
  • The Kiln Road office will re-open for pre-booked appointments only (9.00am to 4.00pm), these can be arranged on a case by case basis by phoning 01268 882200.

New Repairs Contractors:

General Repairs:
Castle Point is pleased to have awarded the new contract for the housing properties responsive repairs and maintenance service to MCP Property Services.
Castle Point Council tenants can report repairs and maintenance to MCP on:

You can now report a repair and book an appointment via MCP's web portal click on the following link Postcode Picker (mcp.community) and follow the basic steps to report your repair. The portal has helpful videos to assist you to fix the issue if you wish.

Gas Repairs:
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve re-awarded the delivery of our 3* Gas Servicing, Maintenance, Repairs, adhoc Installations and Statutory Electrical Testing Contract to Aaron Services.
