Postal Voting
Electors wishing to apply for a postal vote can now do so online at Apply for a postal vote | GOV.UK
Postal vote packs can either be put in the post or handed in at the council offices during office hours to a person authorised to receive postal votes or at any polling station in the voting area before 10pm on Thursday 2 May 2024. You will need to complete a form when handing your postal vote pack in.

Following a review of its wards boundaries, the Borough Council will be electing 3 Councillors for a 4-year term in each of the 13 wards. Electors will be able to vote for no more than 3 candidates.
As a result of the new ward boundaries, your polling station may have changed - check your polling station online here.
If voting in person, please check the details on your poll card.
The Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner elections have changed to a ‘first past the post’ voting system. Electors will be able to vote for one candidate only.
