In line with social distancing advice and to protect residents and staff the Council has taken the decision to close the Council offices to the public until further notice.

Whilst the offices are closed to visitors, you are still able to access services and information from this website 24/7.

Housing Options Assessment Form for Partners (Duty to Refer)

If you are a partner agency and wish to make a referral under Section 213b of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2018, please complete our partner referral form or email us at dutytorefer@castlepoint.gov.uk

It is useful to provide us with copies on any discharge paperwork, care plans and or/ risk assessments and these can be sent separately to the duty to ref email address.
