Rough Sleeping

If you are rough sleeping or you are concerned about a rough sleeper, please alert the Council via the StreetLink website.

Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP)

When very cold weather is forecast, at less than 0 degrees for 3 days, for the duration of the bad weather, we will provide temporary accommodation to rough sleepers.

When SWEP is in place, the Housing Options Teams seeks to ensure that no has to sleep out on the streets.
