We are conducting surveys of all our homes to better understand their current condition. This information will guide us in making informed decisions about investment and prioritising maintenance work where it is most needed. 

Who is carrying out these surveys?

We are working with Walker Management, an external contractor, to complete these surveys. 

What do I need to do?

All that we need from you is access to your home. The survey will record the internal and external condition of your home.

What will the surveyors be looking at?

The surveyor will examine features such as internal surfaces, kitchen and bathroom services, mechanical and electrical services as well as assessing any potential hazards. There will be an opportunity for you to highlight any areas of concern you may have in your home.

How long will the survey take?

The survey should take no more than 60 minutes to complete.
