We are pleased to let you know that from 5pm 31 March 2026, our new repairs and maintenance contractor, WPS (Wates Property Services), will be taking over all day to day and planned repairs to your home.
WPS is a well respected national contractor with a strong record of delivering high quality repairs, planned improvements and compliance works for housing tenants. We are confident this partnership will mean a reliable and effective service for you.
A modern service
WPS will be introducing several improvements designed to make repairs easier and more convenient for you including the ‘Find My Engineer app’ for real-time updates. Using the app you will be able to:
- Track the engineer on the day of your appointment
- See real time updates on their location
- View a picture of the engineer attending your home
This helps you plan your day more easily and gives reassurance about who is visiting your property.
