In line with social distancing advice and to protect residents and staff the Council has taken the decision to close the Council offices to the public until further notice.
Whilst the offices are closed to visitors, you are still able to access services and information from this website 24/7.

Council,Cabinet and Committee Meetings are held at the Council Offices in Kiln Road and commence at 7.30 pm unless otherwise stated. Community Liaison Groups are held at various locations within the Borough, please check the Calendar of Meetings on the Council's website for further information.
Occasionally changes are made to scheduled dates of meetings. Please telephone the Council Office's or check the website to confirm.

A webcast is basically a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Video cameras at our Council meetings capture the live information and send it to a central server, which in turn sends it to anyone that would like to view the meeting. Through the use of your internet connection (either broadband or via a dial-up modem) and Windows Media player you can view the meetings live from the comfort of your own home.
Should you miss a meeting, or would like to view a section of the meeting again, then you can view the archive of the webcast. The archives allow you to view the meeting at your leisure and, through the use of the index points, allow you to jump to a specific agenda point or speaker.
